A battle arrow is a Na'vi ranged weapon, relatively short so that it can be maneuvered in a jungle environment for close combat.

Materials and ConstructionEdit

Fletching matches bow flourish. Stem of arrow is dark wood, green-stick split at either end to create knock and mount for arrowhead. Arrowhead is natural glass (near-black obsidian, slightly translucent) with a vein of bioluminescence through its heart, and is very long and sharp. The head of the arrow is made from a particular animal shell that grows in a spiral shape with sharp ridges. Fletching is also spiraled so that the arrow twists in flight, stabilizing its trajectory.

SizeEdit

The size varies based on the draw of the warrior. Generally, they are no more than two meters long.
