Otamu is a warrior in Koo Tsura Village in Vaderas Hollow.
Otamu assisted Able Ryder in The Quarry to obtain an unobtanium shard. After the battle, he sent Able Ryder to seek out Beyda'amo in the north, hoping that he knows where to find another shard.
