they must have thick, skin,and bones if rifle round piss them off, and 30mm auto cannon rounds still cant stop them

From what i understand the Hammerheads' head is armour plated, along with its back (much like the Ankylosaurus). Assuming it is at the very least, bone (no doubt carbon fibre enhanced) so that would definitely contend against any 1st generation RDA weapons.--IWantheUltimateChange 11:00, February 10, 2010 (UTC)

I have a question, I was reading something about the Hammerhead Titanothere, it said that the H.T. could show a defensive display when it feels threatened this display could even make the Thanator think twice attacking the H.T. but there was an article that stated that the Thanator's roar could send a herd of H.T. running......

so i'm practically confused^_^ could anyone help me???

It's probably an oversight by the writers of the material that this information was sourced from. Or, it's possible that in the Avatar universe both outcomes are common, as conflicts between Thanators and Titanotheres would have different end results depending on the scenario.
