A Royal Navy officer snapped up by the RDA as a foreman in the Pandoran security forces. A biologist in education, Brooks used his Security Clearances and high standing to get as much outside time as possible, much to the envy of the Biolab crew. Seems to get on OK with the scientists, as he is one of the few people on world who can understand them, but Charley knows he can't really be one of them.
