Join us for a star-studded insider look into the making of James Cameron’s Avatar with principal cast members Michelle Rodriguez (Trudy Chacon),Giovanni Ribisi (Parker Selfridge), CCH Pounder (Mo’at), and Laz Alonso (Tsu’tey). Hear from the actors themselves what it was like to act in a virtual world, utilizing new filmmaking technologies, and be a part of the highest-grossing movie of all time. Exhibition curator Brooks Peck will lead the intimate discussion with the actors and take questions from the audience.

Dive into the vivid world of James Cameron’s Avatar. From alien landscapes and magnificent bioluminescent creatures, to the rich Na’vi culture and the groundbreaking technical advancements that made it all possible, this discussion will look at the many facets of creating Avatar and the process of translating decades of vision into big-screen blockbuster magic. Here to share their insights will be, Yuri Bartoli (Virtual Art Director), Terry Notary(Movement Choreographer), and Glenn Derry (Virtual Production Supervisor), moderated by exhibition curator Brooks Peck.
