Was JC right??
Now. I've read time and time again, inteviewers asking "Why are they blue?" or "Why do they look so human?" etc, etc..
And time and time again, the answer remains, that they should look alien, but also so human that people could relate to them, due to the love story of the movie. But as the geeky science-type I am, I believe the na'vi could easy have been hexapods with that advenced gill-like breathiing system and so on, and people could still have related to them, and movie might even have been even better, cuz alota the critisisme would become irelevant.
Now this is just my opinion of course, so I ask you this:
Was James Cameron right to make the na'vi so human?
PS. I apologize if this blog already exists :/
Combining Universes
Okay guys, and gals.
I'm a strong believer that Fanfigs are fun to create but you shouldn't share them with others than closests friends.
However, I am having some trouble with one I'm working on, I try to "lend" components from other "Universes" and try to make them fit with Avatar Universe. I'm not talking about stuff like Hellboy or Men in Black, but things that would seem realistic in the Avatar Universe, such as the nuclear war between the US and China of the Fallout Universe, or the Nanosuit of the Crysis Universe.
And so my question is very simple; What concepts do you think would be realistic in the Avatar Universe?
Before hand, Thnx =P
