Can the Na'vi breathe our atmosphere?

I've been wondering... is our atmosphere breathable to the Na'vi? If so perhaps the people of earth could somehow find a way, perhaps via surgery or injection to add a small amount of Na'vi genetic material into someone, but only just enough to allow them to breathe Pandora's atmosphere (as well as Earth's).
